Gavin Myall


Gavin is the CEO and founder of Unsigned, where he oversees the business as a whole. He launched the agency in 2011 after ending his tenure as CEO of Europe’s largest talent management agency, ICM (later Independent Talent), to pursue his passion for brand strategy and development. Having worked across industry from TV to radio, production to talent management – Gavin has an unrivalled ‘black book’, making him an invaluable asset to clients.


Cesar Perin

Head Scout

Few scouts in the business have gone on to discover as many top models as Cesar. From Arran Sly to Sven de Vries, Kat Hessen to Flo Dron, he has worked for some of the biggest agencies in the UK to discover and develop the stars of tomorrow. A founding member of Unsigned, Cesar is responsible for starting our model division; Unsigned MGMT – his philosophy is to nurture and develop talent, partnering them with the very best agents in the world to create long, lasting careers on a global scale.


Marnie Toocaram

Talent Manager

Having spent three years at Storm Model Management, Marnie joined the Unsigned team in 2015 as Talent Manager – handling all bookings across our celebrity, model and influencer divisions. Prior to pursuing a career in the fashion industry she spent six years travelling the world as a windsurfing instructor with stops in South America, South-east Asia and Australasia.


Peter Stone

Design Executive

Having previously studied Graphic and Media Design at LCC, Peter harnessed and developed his trade at Pink Squid, W+K and The Mix, before joining Unsigned in the summer of 2015. With a portfolio of work boasting the likes Nando’s and Magners through to Jaguar Land Rover, he now handles all design requirements on our client accounts.


Pankaj Mahli


A former 90s code-kid, Pankaj put away his ergonomic mouse, took down his Windows 95 poster and picked up a scientific calculator to become Unsigned’s softly spoken accounts extraordinaire. When he’s not lying awake dreaming of invoices & spreadsheets, he begrudgingly retires his suit to focus on life’s real passions; his beautiful wife, two-year-old daughter and West Ham Utd.


Hannah Schofield

Talent Manager

Starting her career as a model booker for a commercial agency, Hannah initially worked as a junior before working her way up to become head of the talent division.

After 3 years, she moved client side, producing photo shoots for one of the UK’s leading retailers. A short stint in creative recruitment followed before Hannah joined the Unsigned team in 2016 as Talent Manager.


Stephanie Melodia

Marketing Manager

Having worked with a range of fashion brands at design and ad agencies, Stephanie is our newest recruit. By lending her innate creativity and business nous to both Unsigned and key clients, Stephanie delivers multi-channel campaigns with sustainable growth, consumer impact and resounding positivity at the heart of her work.

Fashion, business, art and fluffy bunnies are a few of her passions, along with spending quality time with her nearest and dearest.
